There is a process to build these. Not super hard, but one must be drilled.
Search both this board as well as the RS4/S4 B5 board for "Antifouler" or "anti-fouler". I'd also look on the EdyJun S4 page, and possibly also on Stoney's links. There are certainly many pages referencing the construction of these.
By the way, I prefer to weld the antifoulers together after I drill the top antifouler and then screw them together. Welded or not, a shot of high temp paint is mandatory - otherwise they will literally rot out. Same with antisieze - liberal application on the threads is mandatory.

O2 Sensor Question. I have heard that O2 sensors after cats rarely go bad unless the cats have died.
