Just lost Level 4!

Just lost Level 4!
noticed yesterday that level 4 is not available and the yellow LED is lit next it. i reset it hold the up and down buttons and the yellow light went away, but car will still not raise to 4.
this does seem to coincide with what sounds like a more active air compressor than normal. i now hear it working in the rear quite often when driving in stop and go city traffic and it subsides when i come to a stop.
don't see the car sagging on any corners in front or rear, so any ideas??
