Got a shake I can't get rid of..
Hello fellow allroaders,
Ok I need help with this one. I have an 02 allroad with tip, 110K on the clock. From 45-75mph (approx) I have a vibration in my steering wheel and front end. I am not sure what else I can do to alleviate this problem. It has decreased some, but is still there. Here is a list of the steps I have already taken.
Rotors and pads
Rims and tires (used but rims are straight tires are pretty new, just had them rebalanced to double check)
both cv axles
transmission mounts
Getting really expensive trying to fix this issue, any insight would be really appreciated. Taking a 10 hour road trip each way in about a month and would rather not drive with this annoyance.
Thanks!

You mention all, but the suspension parts themselves. Control arms/Tie Rod ends/ etc.. Even if they are fairly new, you could have a lose bolt which would make some sort of wobble.

My 2001 has 110,000 miles and had developed a consistent vibration that started around 65 MPH. Found that the 'rubber' bushings in many of the suspension links were worn/torn/loose. Since we had the thing apart to replace failed air struts, I replaced all of the linkages with the BlauParts kit - saving most of the old parts to replace the bushings for the next go round. Vibration is gone and it handles like new!

The Arnott air struts (third set on car) so far have lasted far longer than the OEM struts.
