FOLLOW UP: Rubberized Trim Replacement Under Warranty - DENIED!
I was just denied the rubberized trim on the door pulls b/c my car is under the CPO warranty. The service manager said it may have been covered under new car warranty.
However, they did replace the headlight switch b/c it's considered a "component" not "trim".
So... I can look at the fine print, but would rather ask if any of the rubberized replacement posters from my prior thread were under CPO warranty?
Thanks.

what sucks... is that dealers perpetuate and consumers believe...
they are warranties.
They never should have coined the name "extended warranty".
They should call it what is is..a Service contract
Geico has it right....they call it:
Mechanical Breakdown Insurance.
