Can't turn radio off -- help!

My radio is illuminated but unresponsive (no sound or activity, just the red glowing light). Pushing on/off button doesn't help -- the light just stays on and drains battery. Any advice about how to fix this?

Pulling the fuse would my first thing to try.

common, pulling fuse is only way to reset

Fuse 37, the archives show previous encounters of the same type.
