Arnott warranties the air springs too, after consulting directly with my Indy. I was very impressed with the speed and courtesy that Arnott demonstrated.

Now the new Bilsteins are in, along with the new front air springs, and the clunk has returned. I'm considering OEM shocks but my concern now is his well the stock damping is going to handle the stiffer Gen II springs.

We'll see. The car is in the shop today getting valve cover gaskets, cam plugs, timing belt, water pump, thermostat and so on so I asked them to replace the engine mount bushings while they're in there in the event that they are somehow contributing to the car clunking over bumps.

Time will tell...

You should try installing OEM shock mount, not the one that Arnott supplies.

Two years now on my Gen 2.5's, and Bilsteins all around. No problems at all, realizing how lucky I am.
