I visited once for a new AR...I will never come back to see them again. Was treated like If I were born yesterday. Don't know about the service department.....

Default I bought my first Audi at Bernardsville.. in 1981

Back then they were OK. I contacted them recently when the turbo lady sang in the summer and they said... "we only have 6 bays.. and a job like that is a three week wait."

They are in a very high income town (4 acre homes, horse farms, CEO Heaven and they have been around for many many years. The feedback on the NJ site is favorable.

Which explains why they sell at msrp!!!!

If I have to wait so long for service this is not acceptable to me!

Default It was a long lead for that repair.. as they run the normal stuff all the time.

Personally... I would look at DCH.. don't flame me... but.. they built a new facility... and under the right circumstances are mod blind.
Normal circumstances........ they deal and the service is 18 bays and new and well staffed and fast.

I stay away from large dealerships. I prefer a place where I get to know the people who work there. But this is a matter of taste.

Default Re: I ask because they have the S6 I am considering

I would have the car serviced at Mohegan Lake closer to my home.
