Default Bent rear end links with H-Sports - common?

Just changed from winter to summer setup and greased H-Sports (or tried to...)

1) Noticed how much the rear endlinks have bent (see pics).
You can see the bend in the middle of the "dumbell" shaped link.
Does this look familiar to anyone?
Should I be concerned, or just check periodically?
I assume it is not dangerous to drive - if it breaks, I will hear it thumping and will not lose control, correct? Note I don't track/race at all.
Anyone replace these links before, and with what (source)?

2) 90deg Zerk grease fittings on the rear are seized and won't accept grease.
Tried to free up with dental pick, awl, etc (like I had to do with the fronts as well), but N/G
Anyone replace these before?
I'd hate to try to remove them and have something bend/break on the clamp.

TIA as always.

Dunno about the grease, but on point one, I drove around for a couple of says with the rear sway bar floating unattached on one side (on a B5 S4) due to being sent two right side end links instead of a right and left (IRC). It made a clanging noise when turning as the bar hit off things and handling was floaty, but really not that bad at all.

Also, for some reason I thought my rear end links (on the AR) were plastic.. ?

That is the front drop links on the allroad...using Perrin drop links for the rear of the WRX.

I'm not 100% positive these are the ones, but a search on AW (yeah, new search functionality is good) would likely turn up the part that's been used.
