Another rumor or truth? Volkswagon to pull out of NA? Student read it in
an industry forum but couldn't remember which one, windingroad.com possibly, anyone? anyone?
Where would this leave Audi if they did? Can't see them abandoning all this money they have sunk into NA in recent years but stranger business transactions have taken place.

It has been reported this month that VW is actually considering building a manufacturing plant in the US ( mainly due to the dollar's weakness vs the Euro). Also, VW is planning to set up a second administrative HQ in the Detroit area. I would say they are not going anywhere.
