Default Audi Dealerships in Boston?

Please give me your recomendations as to which Audi Dealerships are the best to deal with. Please use the following criteria in your responses.

1. Sales Staff
- Ability to haggle on price
- Friendlyness
2. Service Department
- Service features
- Friendlyness
- Quality

All feedback is greatly appreciated. I'm currently in the market and will pull the trigger within the next 6 months.

Thanks Much

Default for service, i recommend clair

i've found their service department to be competent, very accomodating and friendly, though it can often take a while to get an appointment. you can only get loaner cars if you buy the car through them though.

Default 2nd on Clair, they are eager to beat Ira - just tell them that's where you are looking...

And the service has been great.

Default Rietzl Audi in Norwell is my choice.

For a salesperson, talk to Jeff Akastan. Very professional and will negotiate price. (I ended up around $1,500 over dealer invoice)

Their service department has always fixed every problem I have had correctly the first time. My '96 A4 had so many problems it was at the dealer more than I drove it. Rietzl's excellent handling of all the problems is one of the reasons I have stayed with the Audi brand.

The first thing I would say, NEVER go to Brookline Audi. The service is the worst.

I have had good luck with Bernardi. Brand new facility and the best prices on the last 4 audi/vws I've purchased. No long waiting for a service appointment either.

Wagner Audi in Boylston MA

I have bought my last two cars (A4 quatro sport and Allroad)there at competetive prices. They are not pushy in sales, are willing to negotiate a reasonable deal and have a good service organization.

Default surprised to hear your good fortune with bernardi

i first went there back in `99 with my audi 90 and they were both inept and rude. furthermore, they lost my gas cap and then accused me of making the whole thing up and refused to pony up the $14 or so for a new one. i know every dealership makes mistakes, but the fact that they were willing to accuse me of lying about something like that was just insulting. i've since bought two more audi's; neither at bernardi.

maybe they've cleaned up their act since then, but given that clair has been good to me, i have no desire to try them out again.
