Wheel alignment specifications same for A5 and S5

Yes. The front camber changes with ride height, but A5 1BA and 1BE and S5 1BD are all the same ride height and so the same front camber spec.
It's always easier to provide accurate answers to specific questions, ie, this suspension code vs that one, as opposed to generic models.

Not quite related ...but wheel alignment may throw off the camera for Lane Keep Assist. The two needs to be done together. Apparently only the dealers have the equipment and set up.

There's so much stuff that has to be "recalibrated" officially if you change front or rear toe, it's ridiculous now.

Welcome to the world of safety improvements and drive towards (semi)autonomous driving. If the car does not have Lane Keep Assist or one does not care about using it then camera alignment would be immaterial.

Dynamic steering requires recalibration on either front or rear toe change.
Adaptive cruise control requires recalibration on rear toe change.
The driver assistance systems front camera requires recalibration on rear toe change.
But the dynamic steering update is just a rerun of the basic setting process, and doesn't seem to require the large external calibration aids of the "visual" systems.
Then there's the joy of things you have to recalibrate after removing the bumper cover.
Adaptive cruise control and the front camera (surround view camera, not the driver assist camera) if you remove the front bumper cover.
Side assist aka lane change assist if you remove the rear bumper cover (this is unchanged from B8).
