If you have ODIS and a VAS tool, you can activate the Matrix lights and blue LED by way of getting the proper parametrization files. I paid someone 200$ from a different forum to use my setup to remote in and update my car to EU full paramaterizaiton. These are flashed through ODIS-E using the VAS tool. You need the ZDC, compare PR codes and adjust as necessary based on your vin and modules installed. There are websites like vw-gecko, vaglogins, and the like.
You need to work modules 09, D6, D7, A5
When you have the proper datasets/index files loaded, you can then activate the matrix lights and blue LED
For blue laser light, with the proper software loaded, you send
PDU "11 02"
to your light modules D6 and D7 to turn the blue laser/background light/sport LED/whatever you want to call it
The issue is learning how to use the software for people who aren't technologically adept with the risk of bricking your modules. On the flip side, I'm not a fan of people extorting 600-900$ to activate the lights. It's nothing fancy to do, and in my opinion goes against the modding community at heart. It has turned into a cash grab and it pisses me off, which is why I'm sharing this here
For me, paying someone 200$ to do it was much more fair given my experience with the tools but lack of desire to get into zdc files and mess around too much.

Mine work great
The base package includes the matrix activation and then the laser light activation is an add-on as part of a package. With that said you would have guaranteed proper full matrix functionality complete with route crossing plus the full laser activation with the blue accent lighting for your 2024 model so long as you have laser capable headlights factory fitted. If you are unsure what headlights you have from the factory you can always shoot an email over with your VIN: contact@europrice.us
As for the animations, these can be car specific due to what factory modules are installed in the vehicle. Some modules will not output animations at all and others will only output certain animations. So not something that is offered here due to those variations which aren't simply determinable via VIN.
Cheers,

Cheers,
I have fully functioning blue light and matrix!
