Transmission Fluid Change?

Some info here regarding transmission fluid change and part numbers. I plan on buying a transmission service kit from ECS. About $500 IIRC https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink/top...ink_source=app

I'm confused as to why transmission fluid is so expensive. I checked out the ECS website and they have two service kit options that each include the pan/filter, 9 quarts of fluid and drain plug. The kit with the TopTec fluid costs $7.25 per liter and the one with the genuine Audi fluid costs $40.59 per liter.
Why is that?

Something else I noticed is that the kits show they are compatible with my 2019 S5 Sportback but when I look at at the fluid linked to the kit, it shows they are not compatible.

So I bought this kit here: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-assemble.../0d53980091kt/
I have a mechanic I trust who will do the work for $440 all in. I'm having it done next Monday.

So, I had the work done today. The fluid that came out was dirty but nothing too crazy according to the tech. He showed me the pan and while there was no metal on the magnet, there was a but of sludge that he said was probably from the clutch. Meaning there was some wear but nothing too bad. Based upon this, I'm going to do it again at the next 50k miles instead of waiting until the 71k I have on it now.
These are not lifetime transmissions, they do need to be serviced per the recommendation of the manufacturer ZF. I'm absolutely sure that if someone either doesn't do this service or waits too long like 120k miles, there's definitely going to be a very expensive problem.
After the change, the car definitely feels smoother and has more pull. Nothing crazy but I can feel the difference plus having the peace of mind that I did this early enough where I know there won't be any issues or surprises going forward. Audi needs to make changes to there 'lifetime' policy on these transmissions.
