Default A/S tires suggestions for s5 coupè?

hello everyone,
I’m looking to replace my summer tires with all seasons tires, because I want to be able to take my car in colder climates. I live in a condo and have no storage space for tires, and cannot just swap winter/summer set like many of you do.
Does any of you have any experience with such tires that you would particularly recommend.
thank you for reading.

I just put a set of Michelin AS4s on our RS5. No complaints so far. Have run the Michelin A/S 3+ as well.

Have the Continental ExtremeContact DWS06s on our B8.5 allroad as well. Recently had the allroad up in Mammoth a few weeks ago during the big snowfall and car drove like a champ. Had the Continentals on a B8.5 A5 for years (up in Seattle), also with great success.

I'm very happy with my Continental DWS06 A/S tires. I too have no room to store 2 sets of tires, and where I live, snow doesn't accumulate on the roads for more than a few hours. Cold temperatures is the issue.

The DWS06s are quiet, too.

I'm planning to replace my stock summer tires with the PS A/S 4 later this year. Even in a supposedly warm weather region, I was not able to take my car out for the past week because roads have been covered by snow and ice. I had the A/S 3+ on my previous Audi, and the A/S 4 should be a good all-around tire that will not be unsafe during the rare winter storm.

Thank you all so much for your inputs, it helped me to understand more and I just made appointment for the Pilot AS4’s.
And with that I’ll finally stop worrying about taking the car to colder places! 🌞

2 big thumbs up for the Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4. Unbelievable handling with the Quattro System.

I’ll add my 2cents. I just put the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4 on my car. Performance near the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 I have as a summer only tire. My concern was more for the temperature during NJ winters then snow. If I could only have one set of wheels/tires it would be the A/S 4. If I was concerned at all about the snow, I would have gotten the Alpine PA4 Nikon1 put on his car.

How are you guys getting the Michelin all season 4s?
they don't make 275/30 20"
they only have 285/30 10"

I'd love to get those, but they are too wide to mount on the oem 9" wheel

In my case — 245/40R18 97V — on my 18” Winter Wheels.

Pre-Michelin Tire (not sure why photo is rotated)
