MSRP Discounts
Unless things are radically different in your area of the country, you should not be paying MSRP for an S5 these days.
The dealer closest to me is quoting $2-4k off MSRP on their website as a starting point. I am sure they would give a bit more if you actually started negotiating.
I'm in the Washington DC area, in case it helps.

For an S5, I'd be pushing for at least around $3k off. Audi inventory is high right now,

Purchased 1/2/2024, but dealer indicated that was the final day of year-end incentives. I had been looking at a lightly used 2023 A5 45 S-Line Sportback w/ about 9000 miles on it, but dealer offered a comparably equipped new 2024 A5 45 S-Line Sportback for about $1000 than they were asking for the used vehicle.

Recently ordered a 24 S5 Prestige, got $8.7k discount. Also got a couple F&I products which helped get additional discount. Ended up with 11% discount from MSRP which felt like a pretty good deal. Was a returning customer.

Except for one, all the dealer prices are just factoring in the $2,500 or $3,500 Audi incentive. I don't see any Audi dealers in the Chicago area advertising any discounts currently, even though the incentives are still in place.

Ended up getting $3500 off MSRP. There have been no new 2024 S5 sportbacks here in Naples because of kerfuffle with Audi (and other German automakers) using “slave labor” in Western China where some of the electronic parts are manufactured. The local dealer said they are low on inventory on all models because they are held up in ports while this is resolved. There were zero other S5 sportbacks for sale. We got Prestige model, glacier white, black optic package, red Napa leather interior, 20” tires, etc. You know the drill - happy wife, happy life.
