No 2020 RS5s?

As @tuxdude says it's OK to have a different preferences. Entry-level C63 vs mid-level RS5., what are you talking about? They are both at the exact same level in their respective lineup. C63/S, M4 and RS5 are direct competitors. Same on the performance front. Both weigh about the same, but the C63 has slightly more HP and torque, and the C63S has over 50HP more and over 60 lb-ft more torque. If you felt the C63S was slower, then you need to learn how to drive. Yes, if you do it on slippery surface, then the RS5 has the AWD advantage I give you that, but C&D measured the 2018 RS5 Coupe at 3.9s 0-60 and 12.4s standing 1/4 mile. They measured the 2019 C63S Sedan at 3.7s 0-60 and 11.9 standing quarter mile. That's 0.5s faster on the 1/4 mile and the coupe is actually slightly faster than the sedan so a coupe to coupe comparison would be even less in favor of the RS5. Not trying to start a pissing match, but something went wrong in your comparison, both C63 variants have a higher power to weight ratio and torque to weight ratio than the RS5. Regarding cheap, again what the heck? Take a look at the interior choices you get on the C63/S vs the lame selection on the RS5 that is not different from the S5 offerings as said. C63 has leather-looking (it's faux leather to hold up better under the sun) with contrast stitching if you like dash and doors whereas the RS5 has soft touch plastic. I give you one thing on the RS5. Audi does switch-gear better than anybody else. Audi buttons feel more solid than their competitors.
Regarding your last comment, the R8 is the Audi halo car. The B9 RS5 has gone quite mainstream. The B8.5 RS5 was officially limited production as RS cars were in the past. That's no longer the case. Audi will sell and make as many RS cars as they can now, just like BMW sells as many M3/4 as they can and AMG only puts production limits on very special cars like the GT R Pro and the upcoming GT Black Series.

Watch the second half of the video, which is more relevant for real world speed. I initially had the wrong C/D numbers. RS5 keeps up or even wins drag races and 1/4 mile runs from a dig, but who does those in the real world? Beyond that and from a roll it gets left behind.

Trap is 6mph higher on the c63... That's a lot faster dudes.
This doesn't need to be a c63 vs rs5 thread really. There's countless material YouTube videos on the matter. A particularly good one is the c63s vs rs5 vs m4 track test where the m4 whoops both other cars.
For my.money, if I could swing a rwd the c63 would be in my garage.

Does anyone really pick one of these cars because it wins a race in a YouTube video? In real life people buy the car based mostly on looks, ergonomics, and lots of other factors put together. The car’s interior is really important to a potential owner, if you don’t like the inside I doubt the drag race will sway you. If the car doesn’t do anything for you when you’re walking away from it, why would you want to spend that much money on it.

Enter the cabin of your choice and its alternate reality. An instant detachment from the real world.
I prefer Audi.
It's not about 100ms here or there it's about the full experience, from driving the kids around, to being a hooligan. To me there is a certain 'class' Audi has that noting else can match.

Enough said. Exactly.
