Jack Not Included??
So I'm the original owner of my '19 RS5 SB. A pothole ate one of my tires so I pulled over to put the donut on only to find out I don't have a jack.
I called a coworker to bring his jack so we can swap the wheels. Get it done, take it to a store to get a new tire. Wasn't cheap.
Well I already had a 40k mile service scheduled with Audi so when I took the car in, I asked about the jack. They told me it should have come with the car and it's likely the delivery dealer didn't put it in the car. I called the dealer I bought it from 4.5 years ago 850 miles away. They say no jack. It had to be specced with it specifically on the window sticker. Again, local dealer and I looked at a brand new SB. It had the jack.
What company provides a donut and all the tools for a tire change but no jack to do it?
Soo my question is, should I have a jack?

If they provided a donut, they should have included the jack.
Check the PR (options) codes in your maintenance manual or the sticker in the spare wheel well and see if "1S1 Vehicle tool kit and vehicle jack" and "1G5 Space-saving spare wheel" show, If you can't find in those locations, contact Audi of America with your VIN and ask them for the full PR list for your vehicle. The 1S1 and 1G5 show in the full PR code list that Audi Canada provided me for my 2017 A4 that has a jack and donut spare.

MY19, so the jack would be in a bag that just lays in the luggage area. There's no storage location in the RS5 SB for a jack starting MY19.
As for your factory built configuration, that's really easy to answer assuming you have the complete PR codes list for your VIN. Otherwise, you lack the necessary info to confirm things.
1G5 is steel wheel temp spare
1G6 is aluminum wheel temp spare
1G8 is no spare, just fix a flat kit with inflator
1S0 is no jack
1S1 is with jack

It should have a jack. Did you remove the whole trunk storage cover or did you just lift it to reveal the spare tire? There's an additional store area under the floor the between the spare tire well and the rear seats. The easiest way to see it is to just remove the trunk storage cover from the trunk.

But all US RS5 have the sport diff, so starting MY19, the jack is in the loose bag.
"It had to be spec'ed with it specifically on the window sticker.", that's a straight lie by the original dealership. Now, was it the dealership or the original owner that "lost the jack", who can say.

^^
The issue, specific to the US market, was a need to add LTE connection hardware for the eCall and bCall (SOS and breakdown comms) functions. This hardware presumably sits below the tools tray. There is less space under the tray when the Sports diff is fitted, so S5 and RS5 Sportbacks were probably fitted with a shallower tray that didn't allow the jack to be fitted. I think that may have been the case on US market cars whether the Sports differential is optioned or not. Not an issue for A5's, as the Sports differential is only available for 6 cylinder models. So A5's have the jack where it was intended to be.
But A4Audi4fun is correct, the space saver wheel must always be accompanied by the jack. In markets where the space saver is an option, then this requires the jack to be added as an option as well. It was cheap, maybe $55 or so. Not sure I'd waste too much time trying to chase up the missing one from the dodgy dealer of 4 years and 850 miles ago.

No jack. And like others said, the servicing dealer said it would be in a bag in the trunk, secured to the luggage D-rings.
I am the original owner, so I didn't lose the jack. I'm going to pull my window sticker and see what it says.

Well, a new OE jack isn't that cheap, ~$200.

What changed from C to F? No idea. But you can almost certainly find a used one or one out of a junker. All B9 A4/A5 vehicles use the same jack.
The bag for the jack was 80A862985A, now 80A862985C. But probably more worthwhile solutions than $150 for an Audi bag.
