Until now, this wash/detail stool with 5 wheels is the best purchase I made outside of the car. I can rocket around the car washing the wheels, panels and then use the stool to detail the car, it holds all my product and makes things so much easier. Plus, the water container is huge at almost 5 gallons, it has a grit guard too! The unit is nicely built with perfect welds, excellent caster wheels, and powder coated, so it will not rust. You can even enjoy a beer and place it in the holder, what more could a (older) car guy want?

Work smart, not hard!

Added additional foam for my tender ___.
Great looking product.

Yes, looks great....I simply sit on an inverted 5 gallon bucket, and nudge it along with my foot as it lacks wheels. T

The only benefit of the bucket over this product (other than cost) is that I can stand on the bucket to wash/dry the top of my wife's SUV... Standing on this wheeled item may result in a quick ride to the concrete driveway ,

Nice! I use a spare office chair for that purpose.

Funny! I just bought a mechanics roller chair last week for the same purpose.

I use the Adam's Detailing Seat as well. The wheels are a bit smaller and therefore get caught up when rolling over the hose or power cords.

It holds a 5 gallon bucket with no problems.

Thanks for the height info. 18" is a bit too tall for gardening purposes.

I have repurposed an old County provided recycle bin like in the picture with a broken bottom. I attached a Masonite board to the bottom. It's about 12 inches just the right height for me. It also very stable. I have contemplated adding wheels to the open end but not found the wheels that will retract when I sit on it like those on kick stools.

A bucket dolly is an absolute game changer on your back as well

Totally agree with you! This one is a bucket dolly and a work seat combo, the only problem is that when using it as a work seat you cannot use it as a bucket, and it's a bit tall.
