B9 Disappointments/Gripes
1. Rear view Camera quality sucks.
2. Transmission is jerky from time to time and can be lazy.
3. Transmission holds gears too long. So long, sometimes the car sounds like it is going to stall.
4. Whoever designed the trunk should be fired. Every time it rains and I open the trunk, I get a trunk full of water.
5. Mirrors fog up in the morning but when I switch on the heated mirrors, they don't turn on.
6. LED headlights are not adaptive.
7. I can barely see my cornering lights they're so dim.
8. My infotainment system has a mind of its own sometimes.
9. My car seems to be chugging oil.
10. Why can I not open my trunk when I kick when the doors are locked? I have the key on me. I have to unlock the doors and *then* kick to open.

Is this more of a US DoT thing than an Audi thing?
Works for me. Not a kick, but a swipe of the foot under and then a step back.

I do share several of your, "gripes."
1. Rear view Camera quality sucks.
This one I do not get. Everyone, including me, that rides in my car, comments on the excellent quality and coverage of the camera images.
2. Transmission is jerky from time to time and can be lazy.
Yes, Drive mode is the worst and clearly biased toward economy. Any level of responsiveness requires pre-planning and manually setting up in the right gear.
3. Transmission holds gears too long. So long, sometimes the car sounds like it is going to stall.
Sport mode is better.

Yep. I always open mine slowly when the trunk lid is wet or it is raining. Footswipe or hitting the trunk release buttons guarantees a deluge into the trunk. .

Re 6 and 7, I agree, the lights are sub-par for this level. Coming from BMW's, this is readily apparent.

Yes, far from perfect. Guaranteed not to work when trying to demonstrate for a friend.

That's annoying because my windows are all fogged up. Audi needs to make it automatic like BMW and Mercedes where it turns on depending on conditions and not just weather. My BMW use to turn them on when I turned on the rear defroster.
