I'm going to assume you are replying to my post and you don't like AutoNation dealerships. I was wondering if the data on their search result is reliable as cars on trucks at this time would definitely be good news. And please use the quote feature if you reply.

I asked my sales rep regarding my vehicle and he said the vehicle is soon to arrive to the dealership and sent me the VIN number. How soon? Don't know. He is on vacations until dec 21 but he said there will be a chance that i might get the car before he comes back from vacations. This is in Toronto if anyone is wondering.

Things are happening. Out of curiosity, I ran my VIN against the NHTSA recall database and it returned "0 Recall". A few days ago, it returned "Invalid VIN Number".

As soon as a vehicle goes into production it's assigned a VIN and that shows up in the Audi system that the dealer uses so yes, they ordered some cars and have the vin's and yes they are "in transit", the question is where and when? Are the on the way to the port for shipping, on a ship, on a truck to the dealer. And can they be released by the feds ir Audi from the pirt? I've seen the Audi system and it's very detailed so you need an honest and open dealer to tell you exactly where a particular vehicle is as it's "in transit". Looks to me like they just loaded those vehicles into their website so people looking will find their dealerships. Not bad marketing but not sure it really helps.

Just ran mine as well and it shows the same...hopefully something is happening. Definitely realizing we are grasping at straws now, LOL.

Mine popped up on my dealer website this morning showing in transit. Looks like we finally have our 2019 release.

Same case for me as well. I'm hoping that means it's on a truck on the way to the dealership.

My local dealer now has 2019 S5s and S4s listed as well. Guessing they've finally been released.
