2025 Audi B10 A5 spotted

Earlier in 2023, Audi announced its plans to change the naming structure of its model range. What you need to know is that the company will start using odd numbers for cars with combustion power and even numbers for electric vehicles. As a result, the model that is still sold as the A4 will be renamed to A5, while the larger A6 will move to the A7 family, meaning that the prototype here is actually the new A5 Avant. The future of the A4 and A6 nameplates, in turn, is linked to BEVs.
Not really feeling Audi's new design language.

New naming structure doesn't really matter to me. The fact that they are still producing ICE cars makes me happy. I only wish they would bring the forthcoming A5 Avant to the US market. My daily driver is an A4 Allroad. While I enjoy the car, I've never been a fan of the cladding. At least it's painted on mine, but I really miss my old 2010 A4 Avant.

Not that I would ever want / need / desire a station wagon type of car, but that styling does not “offend” my eyes. It certainly is more appealing than some of the offerings from other European manufacturers.
As always — YMMV!

The Kia reference is kind of harsh LOL. I'm gonna reserve judgement until the B10 is officially released. I'm definitely a wagon guy, so I'm very interested to see all the details of this new design. I'd like to see a shot of the grille without a license plate. The extra wide EU plate doesn't do the car any favors.

100% Mikeru. EVERY time there is a new generation spotted even in minor camo, seems EVERYONE says it looks like a, pick your manufacturer, ALWAYS looks worse than previous generations, Wait until the reveal, wait until you see it in person and actually drive it, THEN make your decision.
