watching dvd while in Motion

Can someone please post how to override the option so I can watch dvds while car is Moving, the process? and the cost?

It can be done through VAG-COM. Others have posted what setting/code needs to be fiddled with. I don't know what they are as I would not make that change nor do I condone it.
