On the S6 there is no limiting how many times you can use the launch control. The car will not let you do it again one right after the other and self destruct things. I would think after 2-4 in a row it would not allow it again until things cool off (I believe it speaks to this in the manual).

I would expect the RS5 to be similar.

How about that. You have excellent taste in color. My other choice was Night Blue Pearl, but I've never seen that one in person.

Thanks ... good to know I'll have an Estoril RS5 twin out there in the world.

The launch is a scream. Once you get the engine up to temp, it's easy as can be. The grip is fantastic and really propels you from the dead stop. I had a buddy in the car at a stoplight a few weeks back. I was first in line, and I didn't tell him what I was going to do. I think he stained his shorts when I launched it on the green.

But I actually have just as much if not more fun when I just floor it in dynamic mode and run the RPMs up to the redline. That high revving v8 is killer!

Mine is a little different. I got the silver front spoiler from the Alu-Optic package, but I also wanted the painted mirrors from the titanium package (dealer is painting them). For some reason you can't have both as an option. I also wanted the blacked out trim, but that just wasn't possible.
