Default After almost 10 years of continual modifications to my A4...

...(and as much as I have enjoyed doing that) one of the reasons I am seriously considering a big step up to the S5 is that I am looking for a car which needs no modifications.

Outside of need (performance), there is want (looks, convenience). I have been thinking on that too, and at this point can't come up with anything. One of the most obvious choices to me would be new wheels - but I truly like the S5 wheels! Still, there's a chance some 10-spoke Sportec wheels would look REALLY good on the S5... :-)

Maybe full exhaust, depending on how it sounds stock. (which is really nice, judging by the vids)

Default mods

-35% Tint
-paint the rear diffuser to match the phantom black paint
Could a dealer do the paint? I bet it'll be hard to match.
-Fill tires with nitrogen (no oxygen)

I agree with Speedy, this car shouldn't require much, if any.. which is why i like it.

Default I'm thinking I will look for a "plug" for that big pot hole between the 2 rear seats

so that my dog can lie down across them...

Default What is the opinion on these?

Silver or anthracite?

I'm thinking meteor gray (sorry RTin SF!) for my S5.<ul><li><a href="http://www.sportec.ch/pages/inc/getGalPic.cfm?medid=221&amp;dom=2">Sportec Mono 10</a></li></ul>

Default I have some 20" wheels from my C6 but I may place an order for something new.

haven't decided on who just yet. Too many options out there. At least I can re-use my tires.

Default I like them. Have always had respect for their designs.

Personally, I like to contrast wheel finishes from the body color of the car. I would think that the silver finish would look beautiful on Meteor.
