If you look at www.audi.de Euro pricing, I'm think around 50-51k base

New M3 will start at 60k....

Thats a 20k increase from 335i base. Just like M5 is 20k increase from 550.

In the UK the M3 and RS4 have the identical price

So it all comes down to how much BMW USA can "swallow" of the price. Probably by putting about 0 standard features.
