So it looks like you did a factory special order for the 20" RS4s. What did that run you? I'm about a week or two away from spacers and H&R springs. We are cut from the same cloth as far as what look we're going for . . . basically I'm dying to get the RS4s on my S5. Looking forward to keeping track of what you do with yours.

This certainly may not be a reasonable way to go about things for some though, but since I'm leasing the car, I didn't mind paying the dealer a small premium for the convenience of not having to borrow the money required to buy the wheels outside of the lease. There were certainly discounts on all this stuff when all was said and done, but the discounts were applied to the final bill, not each component so I can't tell you what the discounted price of the wheels, tires, caps and install actually was.
I found this next bit to be quite beneficial: Adding the 20" wheels and tires on to the lease like this has the added side benefit of me being able to keep the 20" and rubber when the lease is up. I don't have to give them back when I give the car back. I just give back the car with the stock 19" and keep the 20". They weren't able to residualize the 20" wheels on the lease, so I'm essentially financing the wheels over the term of my lease, which is kinda sweet
A word about the spacers on the 20" - I've seen spacers on the 19" stock wheels, and it looks good but the 20" RS4s are wider and spacers with those wheels could cause some rubbing. I've opted to not go with spacers.
Hope that helps.

I still ordered them through the dealership though, at about $800 each, which included the price for the center caps (plus about $580 each for the Michelin PS2s, plus $250 fitment, balancing and install of the set). All of this was added to the price tag for the vehicle and it was all leased.

You can get the wheels from Alex @ Europrice for less if you are in the US. They were more expensive for me to import from him, so I opted to get them locally instead.
The PS2s were the kicker. Great tire, but there's certainly a premium on it.

You indicated the wheels are bigger (wider) than the stock 19" rims. What size wheels are you running on the front and back?

There is no TPMS on the 2010 S5, so you don't need the sensors.
The stock 19s are 19x8.5 ET32 offset. The 20s are 20x9 ET29 offset, so it's 3mm wider on the inside and 9mm wider on the outside (based on http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp) vs. the stock 19s.
I'm running 20x9 both front and rear with 265/30R20 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2.

I believe it is there. It was an option to set on the MMI under "Car" from what I recall over the weekend.
