Default Looking for S5 Grille (What's the best way)

Hello Guys,

I just purchased a 2014 A5 Prestige and I want to get an S5 Grille ASAP to replace the Stock grille.

Any idea where I can find the most genuine version of it? Or if anybody has a perfect condition one, I'll be more than happy to buy it from you.

I'm asking this because there are previous posts saying the Seller was say Genuine OEM Grille but it ships from Hong Kong..

Are you required to have a front plate?

Funny you ask. I drove my A5 home yesterday, and that is the first and only thing I want to change. I googled A5 grille and came to ECS Tuning, who has a chrome framed RS5 grille for 159, and blacked out version (that I'll probably want) that is either back ordered or not yet available til November. Thinking I'll stop by the local dealer but I'm sure it will cost way more. At least I'll be able to see that the original ones look like ..

And to clarify, I'm in NC w/ no front plate, I'm sure that influences choices

I replaced my S5 grill with a black border S5 grill, so i could part with the original. It has a front plate mount included. PM me for details.

you might want to check that grille, i think it is for 08-12 Pre-Facelift. Im the guy that posted the grille from Hong Kong as mentioned in an earlier post. And just an FYI, the grille from Hong Kong looked fine, probably just as good as some of these other less expensive grilles. I was just super disappointed it came from HK because of what the Ebay ad stated "Genuine Audi part", so I sent it back.

Does anybody have an idea of how much it will cost for a shop to do the replacement for you?

I cannot see it being more than $100-150 if that even, considering my guy is willing to paint a Kit front and back bumper and install for $800. Surely I cannot take more than 1.5hrs to complete
