If I dont have the Technology Package, can I purchase the Advanced Key separately?

Not in the US, but you can in the UK.
Option code 4K7 in the UL ordering brochure. Here in the US advanced key is only available as part of the technology package. In general the Brits have much more opportunity to customize their cars than we do. This may be to keep costs down and simplify the supply chain to the US.
