My salesman said 2009, about a year after the coupe. Not sure how correct that is, but it would be pretty typical of Audi. I would think a Spring/Summer 2009 intro would net them the best results as that is when most people want convertibles.

A5 Cab at Geneva in March
I read elsewhere where Audi would reveal the A5 Cab at the Geneva auto show in March. If they do that then probably the first ones would be in the states by Nov or Dec of 2008.
