Can someone tell or show me the location for the rear park sensor buzzer in my 2013 S5 Cab?

Doesn't the sound come through the speakers?

Not sure. When I put the car in reverse, there is no beep, and no beep when I back up to a wall in a parking deck. In the MMI section the part for beep volume is frozen. I searched through the forum and found a few similar cases and they said they ordered the buzzer and it fixed the problem. I think it was on an A6. The location for the buzzer would be different in my Cab.

pull the fuse and reset the MMI. I think it's in the trunk, fuse 3 says nav radio something else. Pull it and reboot the system and see if that clears up the problem.
