Contact the dealership or Audi. If your purchase date does not match the in-service date, they should be able to correct it.

Used or not, 35 miles would be new enough for me. Only thing I would worry about is fixing the dates and making sure the car history does not list you as the second owner as that will likely hurt your resell value.

its not a used car, but your warranty did start in november, since that is the sales date in the sales system.

You are the only owner listed. Could be someone mistakenly hit the register option on the Sirius system while fiddling with it on a test drive and that started the subscription. I would think if you called Sirius they'd take care of you. After all, the idea is to allow you to try the system and hopefully purchase it after 3 months. The way it is now, it's a no win all around. Enjoy the car you lucky biscuit!
