This is the exact color combo I was waiting on, and its a manual which I would only consider.

I already fell in love with the interior. The dealer is asking a pretty fair price but I want to get it as cheap as possible, I am sure most people here would feel the same.

Ay suggestions on what I could offer without offending the dealer?

Has anybody made a recent purchase on a similar car? If so please let me know your experience and how much you paid.

I assume I won't get it CPO because its not from an Audi dealer.

How much would it cost to CPO?

It seems like they're close. I checked edmunds.com and I put in as many of the options as I could tell were on it and it came up with $38,800 and $41,300 for CPO. I think if you get it before the warranty runs out you can get an extended warranty from Audi. I would offer them $37,000 and see if they'll take it. They probably got it for around $34,000 if not cheaper. Beautiful car. Good luck.

I would just tell them this :
1) Look, this car is now 4 years old, I like it, but only for $37,000........FIRM.
2) If they can't go that low.....which is what they'll say......tell them you will then go to the nearby Audi dealer and order a new 2014 with EXACTLY the equip. you want. Just say you wanted to make that offer first and you are on your way to the Audi dealer but thought you would stop by first.
They won't want to lose you to that dealer.

They probably will not do an extended warranty due to the AWE mods.
