Anyone know how many RS5's will be produced?

I enquired about this with my dealer and they said a 2015 RS5 was definitely planned. However, the rumour is that it will be a V6 TT engine.
This was interesting coming from the dealer as they knew I was in the market for one. They could have easily said only 2014 to add more incentive.
What sold me was the V8 guaranteed for the 2014. I just know that the soundtrack on a 6 won't be the same, and in years to come the 2013-2014 RS5 will be viewed as a modern gem. It competes heavily with the M3, handles the snow like a champion, and has arguably the sweetest sounding stock exhaust in a production car.

Just to clarify. I just ordered a 2015 RS5 and my dealer told me that they can't provide me with a delivery date until the new platform is built.
Was he referring to the B9 platform ?
