Nada My dealer in Long Beach, CA got allocation for ONE(!) S5 MT6 for July delivery. He's 'confident' he'll get allocation for at least one S5 Tip May 14, and I'm #1 one the list. Then I'll still need to wait an add'l 4-6 wks for special paint (Cherry Blk). Looks like Sep delivery(ugh!).

NEW FEATURE: Audi Select Drive available on 09's (controlled shock damping, etc. see Motor Trend review).

My dealer told me he's pretty sure I was in the allocation yesterday, but needs to double check with his manager to make sure before he gives me an estimated delivery date. The ones allocated yesterday should have a build date in mid-June, right?

Also, once it's received an allocation, does that mean you can no longer make changes? Or do I still have a chance to change something, as with the new 2009 options (drive select, etc) I may wish to make a change.

Money down on S5 Tip Cherry Black since Aug 07, GSO, NC. I'm next on the list. Was hoping to do ED 4th of July, but more likely to be Labor day. This is getting REALLY OLD.

I heard from my dealer that they receieved an allocation for my S5 yesterday. I ordered on January 5th.

Ordered Dec 1, got bumped up to number one in the queue at the dealership when someone who ordered in October dropped out. So I am expcting July delivery of an '09 car. My dealer says I have a week or so to decide on final options - specifically the Audi Select Drive Control, which is really the only major change from the '08 option list. But he doesn't have pricing. How am I supposed to decide yes or no if I don't know whether this is $1K option or a $3K option??? He says to not expect pricing for the '09s to be available before June.

...I ordered Mar 1 and hope to change the options and get Drive Select if it will not affect my status in the "queue." But like you, i would like to know how much that option is...maybe BlownAway will help us out earlier than that.
