Default Please provide input!---max offset on 19X8.5 wheels and 255/35 tires without rubbing

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to figure out what is the maximum offset i can add using spacers on my OEM wheels without rubbing.

the OEM are ET32 19X8.5 and i have OEM 255/35/19 tires on it.

It looks like i could use a 12.5mm spacer, but i am wondering has anyone gone this far?

What is the most you have done without rubbing?

If you have done it with 20X9 or 19X9 and different size tires, let me know i should be able to do the math to calculate.

Basically i am trying to not go to a 20 inch wheel because here in Montreal, the potholes are the size of meteor craters, and i would frankly scrap wheels quickly, but i do want to somehow fill the wheel well and get a more aggressive stance.

Thanks,
