License plate holder removal?
I moved to a state where the front plate is not needed. Can you take off the gray plastic thing that holds the license plate frame? Thanks.

Yes, the entire front US plate assembly can be removed with a few screws to reveal the Euro plate holder underneath. If not fitting a Euro front plate, get a filler panel to keep the look clean.

Nope - same one except for the color to match the grill.

Don't forget to remove the license plate before trying to remove the holder, as there is a Torx screw that is covered the plate when installed. Other than that, it took me less than 5 minutes to remove the holder, clean the grille and install the filler.

I went with the Piano Black (shiny) plate filler myself. Nice contrast with Ice Silver. It was cheaper than the matte gray one to boot. ECS Tuning as well.

any of you guys know how to remove the license plate bracket on the 2013 RS5 model? I heard its just 2 Torx screws that are holding the bracket to the grill but not quite sure. Any info on this?
