Hello I have a Audi A5 sportback edition 1 2021 and noticed the subwoofer in the boot not working, the rest of the speakers are working fine. I tried to reset the MMI system with no joy. Anyone else had a similar fault that could shed some light on how to get it kicking again?

B&O has always been an unreliable system, Subwoofer failures, speaker failures, Amp failures. The older Bose systems sounded just as good and were more reliable. Need to run a Vagcom scan for codes and I believe there is a test function on the radio in Vagcom where you can test individual speakers. Wife's Q5 lower door speakers sound like crap. Took it in for warranty before it ran out and of course Audi said it was normal. Crappy Bellevue Washington Audi dealer, they use to be good until they were bought out by AutoNation.
