Our ESP (electronic stabilization thingy) has not been working along with lots of other stuff. Dropped it off at the dealer and first they had us replace the battery over $300 and said that would fix it because almost every module had a fault and the battery voltage was low. Now they are telling me that the Quattro control module is bad and it is going to be an additional $2400.

Anybody got experience with this? Can I find cheaper module online and can this be a DIY job? I'm pretty handy with most things.

Would that be the Haldex controller? Those should be available either used or from 3rd-party sources.
