Sorry, new to the board and to the A3 and I have found some info on this but it was relatively old and incomplete. Just recently got an 06 A3 (manual) and was wondering what kind of chatter there is about chipping it with an APR chip. I have seen the dyno charts by the companies and a lot of talk about it years ago when it came out, but was wondering what people are thinking of their chips now. Are there any problems, Does anybody have some dyno runs with just the Stage 1 mod on their car?

It drives like it has a new engine. You will never really feel underpowered unless its really hot out, your AC is blasting, and/or you've got a full load of passengers. You have to keep fresh sporty tires up front at all times though.
