Default Weird misfire issue

I’ve been having a weird misfire issue on my 2017 S3. Started after I did my spark plugs a month back, a few weeks later if I put it under hard load or accelerated heavy it would sputter/vibrate and misfire. Initially I went to coilpacks and replaced the coilpacks as they’d never been done.

Once I did that the issue went away for the next few weeks. Then this week it started again and I wasn’t sure why. I pulled everything out today and noticed one of my spark plugs had no gap at all so I replaced the spark plugs again since they’re cheap, and on my first drive it drove perfect but then the issue came back again.

only codes I’ve gotten at all are Cylinder 3 misfire and Hide Cylinder code.

I replaced the coilpacks with these super cheap ones that were the only ones I could find as I was in the middle of a road trip the first time this happened, and I’m wondering potentially the issue again?

curious if anyone else has thoughts on what could be going on.

Just an idea, did you get your spark plugs from a reputable retailer? Many counterfeit spark plugs on Amazon and EBay. Getting better and better at looking legit but are junk that can ruin your engine.
