Hello,

Spigen phone holder left a ring mark on cars dashboard after 10 hours of usage.I could not remove the ring by cleaning.Any advice is appreciated.

Someone on our Facebook group posted about this a while back, and unfortunately there wasn't a great solution if I recall. I'll see if I can dredge up some of the advice posted there.

If it's anything like the 'pucker' mark one of those phone holders left on my MINI's dash, you might be SOL. My only suggestion is to let the car sit out in direct sunlight, and see if the dash corrects itself.

I made the mistake of trying a suction cup mount on my dash (after all, the photo on the package showed exactly that) maybe 2 weeks into ownership. 18 months later, the mark was still there when I traded the car in.

The surface on the ring feels more dense and slippery when touched.I tried different cleaning options but nothing worked.And it only stayed there only for 10 hohurs.
