I guess I never pointed this out, but my car actually cleared customs in December and was then supposed to be ready for transport to the dealership. Looking forward to hearing an update on timeline this AM from my salesman.
I know there are a couple of other Austin people on this thread and if anyone wants a ticket to the Pirelli World Challenge event for Saturday and Sunday at COTA, including parking in the Audi corral - I have one I can't use. No charge, just want them to go to use.

The one I have en route got loaded to a truck last night. Now we have the snow to contend with, but I expect it here by Friday

Has anyone else seen the AutoTrader as 9 used RS3's listed for sale, most with under 5,000 miles and a huge discount off of MSRP. If it were me I had to wait such a long time I'd be tempted to ****** up one of these used cars. Seems crazy there are so many already on the used market. Seems like a great deal if you are flexible on color/options. Wait times like this for Audi's most loyal, die-hard customers really gives them a black eye. I hope Audi offers some pretty sweet "we are sorry" gifts for this mess-up. It seems like every Audi new model launch has had some notable snafu lately, and that's just unacceptable.
