window up/down with remote
Hello All i am new to AUDI WORLD. Two weeks ago i got a 2008 Audi A3. I need info on how to set the remote. For the windows to go up and down on a 2008 A3. Can anyone help.

window up/down no good
Last week I went to the audi dealer to see if the windows can be programed to the remote key on a 2008 A3. The head of the service department said that they can not do it. So a tech over heard me talking about it. He came up to me and said to bring the car in next week. Well today was the day and it was not good at all. He tried different codes but he did not have any luck. He said he will look into it more and call me back. So, as far as i know that a 2008 A3 window up/down does not work with remote. As i get more info on the remote i will post it here.

Did you look at the link in the first reply to your post?
Print out and give to your dealer to make sure they are doing the same thing.
BTW, if you haven't figured it out, we are all laughing because your name is almost identical to the audiworld member who runs that blog... who ironically has the answer to your question.
You are bumming me out though if it doesn't work on 08's. I haven't tried it yet.
