Nasty Critter

Nasty Critter
Getting in the car this morning, I noticed nasty scratches over a 1 foot square area on my driver's door. Looks like some confused canine was trying to make time with the A3. I used some polish to try to get the scratches out. Fairly successful, but now there is that nasty haze from the polish. I only had some carnuba wax so I finished with that. Are there any products to get rid of that haze.
Don't have much experience beyond a basic wash and wax.
I posted this on the detail board as well.
Thanks.

Meguiar's Mirror Glaze 105 Ultra Cut Compound Wax - Works Great!
...and you might want to use the second coat with Meguiar's Tech Wax. Great stuff - removes swirls and blemishes real well. Works even better with the G110 polisher. Good luck!

Hmmm....
we do have wild turkeys ...boat loads. Never thought of them. Someone asked me if I had food in the car, maybe raccoons (we have those too). No food in the car, but I'm now suspecting it was some other critter besides a dog.

Thanks GS. I'll give those a try. First blemish on the car (got it last October) so it's especially annoying!
