Think would be cheaper to get the 3.2 and bolt on turbo and body kit.

I think a 2.0T to S3 conversion might even be cheaper.

No Quattro 2.0T in the US, though. And you'd want that with the extra power & torque.
Unless you were mentioning a Quattro conversion for the 2.0T, then all bets are off.
