Default New A3 2.0T- Loving it...

We took delivery of our new A3 this week and love it so far.

Came with the following factory options:
Premium Plus
Driver Assistance Pkg.
Convenience Pkg.
Active Lane Assist
Stainless Pedals
Cargo Net
Grocery Hooks
First Aid Kit

Love the car so far.

We quickly added the following this week:

3M clear bra- front, fenders, headlights, mirrors and hood
18% window tint
10 mm spacers from ECS Tuning to fill out wheel wells

Would like to add:
All weather mats
Side skirts

Also looking for a sun shade for front windshield. Has anyone been able to find one??

Hey Congratz on your ride! Looks great with the tint! I am just curious about the 3m clear bra you put on...is it pricey? and where did you get it done?

Thats why I'm waiting for the 19" 5 arm with 15mm lowered ones to arrive, they've started to show up at the dealer around my area

Default Lowering

I agree about adding the 19" wheels and may go that route.

May also add the lowering springs to drop it by 15mm.

I think HR makes them....

nice, looks great. In terms of washing a new car are you going to start the week after receiving the car or..? Is there such thing as waiting for the paint to set in before washing?

I've read that the delay between manufacture and delivery is enough to let the paint cure.

I would agree. It's been awhile since the car was painted at the factory, shipped, sat in prep and shipped to dealer. We wash by hand so it shouldn't be an issue.

Still love this new car- just added pedals and all weather mats.

You have a great looking car. I would have got the black, but I had to get an ice silver because of a lease deal. This silver actually shows the lines well. Besides, I wanted an A3 and probably would have settled for any color!
