5 cylinder 10v, when revving up engine there is a intermittent loud ticking noise coming up and disappears on and off, what is the most common problem, the valve lifters or the rod to work the vacuum pump?

Vacuum pump rod and you can remove it without it effecting the brakes usually.

Oil level is Ok and when did you change oil?
How you can see the oil pressure on gauge? 3 ~ 4 bar when Rev up and idling about over 1 bar when engine warm. I'm driving the 10 valves engine(248.000 miles on) without changing OIL 6 year( just top off when need) since I use the OIL cleaning device and driving to 27.000 miles now. x19

Will try, however it is obsolete at the dealer, any ideas where it would be available?

put a little thicker oil in 15/40, just to see if it helps, weird that it is intermittend, and the oil pressure seems to be good
