just did this a few months ago, new glass is starting to go up in price as Audi NA is running out...
used regulators can be purchased for around $200 from places like Dad's or Shokan.
When you replace it make sure you outline exactly where the shims and window bolts go. Realigning everything if you don't is a PITA

I've never sold a side glass ever.
Regulators are like gold. I sell every one I get in within a couple of weeks. Going rate for a complete setup is about $100. Shipping is expensive though. The size with sufficient packaging comes in just under the 108" oversized cutoff.
