Default My Audi dies at high MPH

My 1992 Audi Quattro 80 with a 2.3L 5 cylinder in it "dies" in a wierd way. It only looses power and dies when in fifth gear between 70-75 MPH. I have replaced the fuel filter so far. It has 205,000 miles on it. It looses power (dies) should I say, but still stays running when it does this on the freeway. I put the four ways on, pull over ot the side, throw it in first and start out again. It will loose power in 5th gear at 70 mph. Is it a vacuum issue? Is it a fuel issue? or is it an electrical issue? Please help.
