A lower pivot point taking an additional 20% off his throw. Equivalent to cutting shifter 3.1875" shorter-than-stock. Quieter, more rigid reinforced shifter box and eliminate the "push-down" reverse lock-out as well as a new rubber bellows and the ability to use a screw-in threaded sleeve raising the shifter rod another 1"+ for closer to 65% overall throw reduction... virtually double the throw reduction the shift kit comes with!
